Fun podcast! Pickleball is saving the lives of my husband and me too. I haven’t had that much fun playing a sport regularly since I was in high school. My husband is even considering becoming a tournament player. Wheeee!

Carol – I got hooked about a year ago and go three times a week. Marsha goes twice a week. There are about 60-75 Pickelballers here in our little county and usually about 16-24 players join any given day. I love to play for all the reasons you have talked about. Hope you have a great day. I forwarded this to our group for their listening pleasure.

That was delightful. I started playing last fall and realize it is what got me through winter as there wasn’t enough snow for cross country skiing most days.

Great story Carol. Happy for you. BTW it’s called a paddle not a racquet.
My husband has to constantly remind me about that.
Keep pickling!!
Mary Solomon says
This was a really fun listen. I know that all pickleball players will definitely identify with and laugh with the speaker.

Loved this! Just absolutely loved this!! Carol, you’ve taken what I do for a living – helping people “find their fun” while sneaking the exercise part past them – and captured exactly why it’s so fulfilling for all concerned. Keep playing, whether it’s pickleball or anything else that delivers that joy.
