Indivisible:  Red and Rural Call

What does Pride mean to the LGBTQIA+ community who lives in red, rural or small town America? From the Trump administration on day one stating that there are only two sexes and genders, to the right wing attacks against all Transgender individuals (children and adults alike), people in our communities are scared. They feel as though attacks come from every side today and they feel as though their community is at risk. Here at the Indivisible Red and Rural Caucus, we know how tough it is to live in red, rural and small town America, and it’s our job to be inclusive and supportive of all communities. June is Pride Month, and we are ready to turn out to support all individuals regardless of whether they are Gay, Lesbian, Transgender, Questioning, Intersex, Asexual and beyond!
